The insane jester known as Cicero is a unestimated short Imperial assassin, hiding his hidden lethality with his jesting insanity and height, but he is no doubt, the most loyal and devoted servant of the Night Mother. Having spent most of his life a skilled assassin in the brotherhood's dying days, Cicero have the endured the choatic life of his family being torn apart and have survived with the grace of the Night Mother and her listener.
Now he continues his duties as Keeper after surviving the raze, gifted with his youth due to his constant care of the Night Mother, and will gladly continue his duties to the Night Mother and the Listener.
Besides, keeping the Night Mother preserved is a duty he will gleefully do, as much as spilling blood.
