Enchantment: A ancient blade that have been blessed by the Night Mother herself to demoralize all who look upon the black blade, even the bravest of warriors shudder at its sight, but the horror starts for those who are struck by the blade itself; as the Blade of Woe slice the skin, the victim’s lifeforce and magical potential is significantly drained by the Blade of Woe like a vampiric weapon.
How the character acquired this weapon:
Swift-Knife acquired this blade from a old mentor long before his vampiric turn in his early years as a Dark Brotherhood assassin, it was formerly unenchanted until his rise to the Listener that the Night Mother herself blessed the blade with its unholy properties. Yet in his long hibernation, his blade was taken and traded as a 'symbol' of leadership for the dying Dark Brotherhood until he regained from the burnt hands of the respected Astrid.
