Dark Elves (Dunmer)
Hailing from the now-ruined realm of Morrowind is the red-eyed Dark Elves, or "Dunmer". Once proud and powerful in the Cyrodiilic Empire until the fourth era began.
Starting with the loss of their potential slaves-Khajiit and Argonians-the Dunmer began to lose their power. Soon after the Ministry of Truth crashed onto Vivec City and caused Red Mountain to erupt, covering the land in ash and lava. Soon after the vengeful Argonians moved to conquer Morrowind and forced many-who haven't retreated from the eruption-to leave Morrowind.
Now, the Dark Elves are a shadows of their former glory, but they still try to hold their pride. Intelligent men and women with strong and agile physique, their more aggressive occupations make superior warriors and sorcerers.
