Biography: White Wolf was born nearly seven hundred years ago, at the beginning of the Third Era. He was infected with lycanthropy at the age of forty, two years after watching the reign of Tiber Septim end. At that time, he went on a serial killing spree, murdering the populations of four villages before posses began to scour the countryside, searching for him.
So Wolf fled Cyrodiil for Skyrim. He put himself up for hire as a mercenary, and made a fortune over the next hundred years, living in Whiterun, Solitude, Windhelm and Falkreath.
Now one hundred forty-two, Wolf bought an estate in the mountains near Bruma and began a search for people infected with lycanthropy as he was. He assembled a clan of four others, and together they formed a group of mercenaries. Gaining fame, it was quickly discovered why the five were such excellent soldiers. Raising a posse, local villagers burned the estate and murdered not only the four clan members, but also the group of ten people Wolf had hired to look after the estate and their families.
Enraged by this, Wolf once again went on a serial murdering spree. He began slaughtering entire families, leaving a trademark bloody pawprint with the words "Wolf Revenge" written in the victims' blood. It took somebody twenty years to figure out that the serial killer was one of the werewolves that had been in the area. Earning the nickname "Master of Revenge," Wolf continued on the serial killing spree, not only killing each person involved in the attack but their families and the populations of villages where they lived.
At the end of another fifty years, the deed was done. All seventy members of the posse were dead, in addition to each family member and townsman. The total of dead was around three hundred. Wolf disappeared for one hundred and fifty years, becoming a wandering wise man, killing only when the bloodlust overtook him.
Now 365, Wolf went to Weynon Priory and spoke with the leader of the Order of Talos concerning possibly signing on as a Blade, even though he was affected with lycanthropy. He was accepted and spent forty years in the service of the Blades as a secret assassin. While transforming before an assassination, a guard patrol happened upon him and stabbed him in the thigh. Now wounded, Wolf disappeared again, this time for ten years.
He healed and once again went on a killing spree, this time targeting the guards who had wounded him. It took him eighteen years, but he killed every single one, in addition to their families.
During the Oblivion Crisis, Wolf was in Skyrim, staying away from the Daedra. He spent the next hundred forty years of his life in Skyrim, living both as a wanderer and occasionally picking up a contract as a mercenary. When the Great War between the Empire and the Thalmor started, Wolf returned to Cyrodiil and signed on as a mercenary under contract to the Imperial Legion. He served throughout the war and was released in 4E 175, at the age of five hundred thirty-five.
Wolf returned to Skyrim and was contacted by the Dark Brotherhood, who had been searching for him for decades. He joined and has spent the time since as a member.
